Home Approach Investment Strategies Team Contact Information		Team Crossroad Capital Partners is a team of experienced investment professionals with over 80 years experience in both institutional sales and investment management. Joseph B. Sindelar, Jr., CFA - Mr. Sindelar was a Managing Director at New York Life Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer of New York Life Trust Company prior to forming Crossroad Capital Partners in 2005. His responsibilities included institutional sales and relationship management. His accomplishments at NYLIM include establishing Madison Square Advisors, creating the multi-asset CDO program, managing fixed income portfolios and developing investment strategies. Before joining New York Life, he was responsible for the Fixed Income Department at USF&G Insurance. Joe earned his BBA from Roanoke College and his MSF from Loyola College. W. Kelso Morrill - Mr. Morrill was in the Advanced Investment Concepts group of SEI Investments where his responsibilities included developing and marketing customized structured finance products, including inflation-indexed bonds, real estate and project finance for institutional clients. Prior to SEI Investments, he worked in the real estate groups of Bankers Trust and Alex Brown. He also has an extensive background working with private equity investments, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of EnterNet Technologies. Kelso earned his BSE and MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. James G. Arliss - Mr. Arliss has over 20 years of experience working in the securities business for major Wall Street investment banks in New York, with an extensive background in the fixed income markets. Over his career he has specialized in a variety of fixed income products including derivatives, international, corporate credit, governments and agencies. He most recently worked at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President in fixed income derivative sales covering hedge funds. Prior to Lehman, he was a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, initially working on the international desk, then on the relative value hedge fund sales desk. Jim earned his BS at the University of Vermont. Jerry M. Cain - Prior to joining Crossroad, Mr. Cain worked in the real estate industry, financing large development projects. In addition, he has had a successful career as an entrepreneur, creating and managing several small service businesses. Jerry earned his BS in International relations from Roanoke College Kim S. Cafiero - Ms. Cafiero has over sixteen years of marketing experience. Prior to joining Crossroad Capital, Ms. Cafiero spent nine years as an independent marketing consultant working with a cross section of organizations and industries. For the seven years prior to consulting, Ms. Cafiero was Marketing Communications Manager for Carl Zeiss, Inc., North America. Her experience also includes three years as an account representative for a boutique-advertising agency.
